47 and married for the last 27 of those…7 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats. I love family time, playing bass and the occasional video game.


I got into fitness when I put on so much weight I couldn’t tie my shoe and my blood pressure was high enough to give a blue whale a heart attack! I decided to make a lifestyle change and never looked back. Now I work here at Flex Fitness helping others and watching their transformations. It is the most satisfying work I’ve ever done!


My goal is to make every member welcome and comfortable while facilitating their fitness needs! So stop by and say hi, tell me anew joke and enjoy all of the things Flex Fitness has worked so hard to bring to you!

For almost a decade, I have worked in the world of fitness, starting my journey at only 18 years old.
The gym is my happy place; where I learn more about myself and soak up knowledge from everyone around me. I'm a firm believer that the more you learn, the more powerful you become.
As a personal trainer, I'm all about sharing my knowledge and inspiring others to live their best life by honoring their bodies and making lasting changes.
My family is my everything. My hubby is my rock, and my son is my heart. I am also a step momma to four beautiful girls and a daughter to the best father a girl can get.
When I'm not training or enduring mommy duties, I'm off checking out new places around the world.
I've explored over 20 countries (and counting)! My favorite being Norway.
My zest for life comes from embracing a healthy lifestyle, cherishing family, and soaking up the beauty of different cultures...

and obviously being a part of the FLEX team!
